Passionate Counselling Professionals
Embark Counselling is a counselling service based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. It is an arm of the Ridgeway Community Trust and has been in operation for many years.
We are here to offer face to face/online/telephone counselling services to people in and around Milton Keynes and beyond irrespective of background or beliefs. The service is set up to provide therapeutic support to adults 18+ who are distressed through life issues and mild/moderate mental health challenges, which include:

We are affiliated members of the Association of Christians in Counselling and Allied Professionals (ACC). Our counsellors are individual members of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the ACC.
