What counsellors cannot do?

They cannot give you advice, solve your problems for you or direct your life. They will teach you problem solving techniques to empower you.

They cannot replace your GP’s prescribed medication

They cannot develop intimate relationships with you or go beyond professional boundaries as stated within the professions code of conduct.
